Delo says Slovenia hardly to end political stalemate in Bosnia

Ljubljana, 26 July - Delo says in Monday's commentary that Bosnia-Herzegovina is in a political stalemate, with the parties involved hardly being able to agree on something, and that there is little hope that something will change during the Slovenian EU presidency.
