Koper, 17 August - "Afghanistan has once again proved to be a cemetery of empires," the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Tuesday as it comments on the Taliban having taken over the country. This proves that after the 2001 fall of the Taliban regime, the West has failed to establish a solid domestic democratic rule enjoying the people's support.
