Ljubljana, 7 September - Stefan Bošković, a Montenegrin writer, is the recipient of the Central European Initiative (CEI) Prize for up-and-coming authors, conferred at the Vilenica literary festival. The 38-year-old has been honoured for his latest novel Minister.
