Ljubljana, 8 September - A proposal by the opposition to waive fines for infractions of coronavirus restrictions that were declared unconstitutional has been rejected by the Home Policy Committee amidst warnings that the same will happen with the widely deployed recovered-vaccinated-tested (PCT) rule.
