Janša's appeal for review of journalist defamation case rejected in landmark ruling

Ljubljana, 15 September - The Supreme Court has turned down a request by Prime Minister Janez Janša for a judicial review of a judgement that awarded damages to a journalist over Janša's insulting tweet with the argument that "the use of Twitter grants no one an unlimited right to communicate".
