Alfi fund looking to consolidate market of veterinary care

Ljubljana, 16 September - The private equity fund Alfi PE has signed contract to enter ownership of the Slovenska Bistrica Veterinary Hospital. The newspaper Finance says that the move looks to bring several small veterinary clinics under one group that would have EUR 15-20 million in annual revenue in three to five years.
