Delo says Balkan politicians like to blame EU for their issues

Ljubljana, 29 September - Western Balkan politicians, who have been ruling their demographically empty countries for decades, can hardly present themselves as solvers of demographic issues, Delo says in Wednesday's commentary on the recent Demographic Summit in Budapest.
