Cost effectiveness in focus of bank consolidation
Ljubljana, 29 September - The Slovenian banking system has been rapidly consolidating in recent years, the focus being on cost effectiveness. Bankers told a conference on Wednesday that the process had been beneficial, and central bankers highlighted the need to strike a balance.
