Top court stays PC rule for civil servants

Ljubljana, 30 September - The Constitutional Court has stayed the government's regulation which mandates that state administration employees be either Covid-19 reconvalescent or vaccinated (PC) to come to work starting from Friday. The decision was confirmed for the STA by Nataša Pirc Musar, the lawyer who challenged the regulation on behalf of the PSS police trade union.
