Ljubljana, 5 October - Looking into why the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was available to anyone over 18 and revelations that some minors received one of the two vector-based vaccines even though they were not registered for minors, Dnevnik says on Tuesday that a plethora of regulations and conflicting information has overwhelmed health workers.
