Dnevnik: Govt chiefly responsible for riots

Ljubljana, 6 October - The newspaper Dnevnik highlights the bizarre contrast between the glitz and glamour of the informal EU summit at Brdo pri Kranju and the tear-gassed capital, arguing that the greatest share of responsibility for the outbreak of violence and civil disobedience in Slovenia lies with the government.
