Delo says no breakthrough was expected at EU-W Balkans summit

Ljubljana, 8 October - The most important event of the Slovenian EU presidency, the EU-Western Balkans summit, has brought no important breakthrough and nobody expected it either, as it is clear that the influential member states cannot sell the story of EU enlargement to the region to their voters as something good, the newspaper Delo says on Friday.
