Supreme court says penalty for non-use of masks in enclosed spaces groundless

Ljubljana, 8 October - The Supreme Court has ruled that issuing penalties for the failure to wear a face mask in enclosed public spaces during the Covid-19 epidemic as a minor offence has no legal basis.
