EU should be more resolute in tackling Poland, Hungary, Delo says
Ljubljana, 12 October - Despite the crisis of the rule of law which could undermine the EU's foundations, the bloc has been reluctant to use EU funds as a tool in talks with Hungary and Poland. But the recent Polish constitutional court's decision that Polish law has supremacy over EU law calls for a "more energetic reaction", Delo says on Tuesday.
