Calls for more protected marine area in Adriatic-Ionian Region

Ljubljana, 26 October - A nature conservation expert has noted that the Adriatic-Ionian Region features the smallest share of protected marine areas among all Mediterranean regions, and far from the EU goal of a 30% marine area being protected by 2030.
