Report: Paint maker Jub taken over by Australian company Dulux

Ljubljana, 28 October - According to unofficial media reports, Slovenia's oldest paint manufacturer Jub is to be taken over by Dulux Australia in a deal worth around EUR 191 million. The deal is to be completed on Thursday, with the new owners pledging to keep Jub's headquarters and production in Slovenia, the newspaper Finance said.
