Delo: Prime Minister Drnovšek - Politician of the Month
Ljubljana, 1 September - Slovenia's Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek retained its position of the top official that marked most Slovenia's political activities in August, the Delo's opinion poll revealed. Deputy Prime Minister Marjan Podobnik closely followed Drnovšek, getting 10 percent less support than the prime minister. Placed third was Slovenia's President Milan Kučan.
