Delo thinks COP26 unlikely to change much

Ljubljana, 8 November - The COP26 climate conference in Glasgow will not go down in history as a positive turning point. Quite the contrary, Delo opines in Monday's editorial, noting how the same countries which are responsible for the bulk of greenhouse gas emissions are managing the talks.
