Golob fails to get another term, new GEN-I chairman not appointed

Ljubljana, 9 November - The shareholders of GEN-I failed to re-appoint Robert Golob as the chairman on Tuesday after the supervisory board of Gen Energija, which owns 50% in the electricity distributor, did not give its consent for the reappointment on Monday. Two candidates proposed by Gen Energija also failed to get appointed to the management board.
