Ljubljana suing ministry over major EU-subsidised project

Ljubljana, 9 November - The Environment Ministry has annulled the building permit for a section of a waste water collection channel in Ljubljana which is part of a major EU-subsidised sewerage project in the capital and two surrounding municipalities. Ljubljana is challenging the decision, which could jeopardise the EUR 111 million project, in court.
