GZS's Standpoint on JUBMES' Initiative

Ljubljana, 3 September - JUBMES/GZS
The Slovenia's Chamber of Economy (GZS) discussed at its Wednesday meeting an initiative by the Yugoslav Bank for International Economic Cooperation (JUBMES). According to JUBMES, those Slovene enterprises that invested start-up capital into the bank should become new shareholders of the JUBMES d.d. joint stock company. The GZS agreed with the initiative to be useful for the enterprises if before the deal is closed some questions are settled, such as a way of calculating a share of individual investors, the legal succession to companies that do not exist any more or have transferred their shares to the Slovene Succession Fund or have reached an agreement with the Slovene Development Fund as well as a question of liabilities emerging from JUBMES operations.
