Slovene Development Fund Backs Litostroj-ABB Link

Ljubljana, 4 September - ENTERPRISES/LITOSTROJ/ABB
Supervisory Board of the Slovene Development Fund backed the concept of a strategic connection between a Swiss-Swedish corporation ABB and Ljubljana's machinery maker Litostroj, opening a way for further negotiations between SFD as Litostroj's owner and ABB towards establishing a joint-venture. The step is to save the heavily indebted Litostroj.
