Thirty years since denationalisation act 115 cases still pending

Ljubljana, 19 November - Exactly 30 years will have passed on Saturday since the denationalisation act was passed that committed the state to return assets nationalised or confiscated after WWII. So far, almost 40,000 denationalisation claims have been filed, of which 115 remain pending. The Justice Ministry believes the law remedied most of the injustices.
