Primorske comments on govt's staffing in Luka Koper

Koper, 24 November - Primorske Novice says in Wednesday's commentary that it has become proverbial that the port operator Luka Koper gets a new management once the government pays a visit to the region, but this time staffing in the company is a bit more cautious as the government does not want new protests.
