Changes to appointment of EPPO prosecutors proposed

Ljubljana, 24 November - The Justice Ministry has put forward amendments to the act on the public prosecution that would give the government greater say in the appointment of Slovenian prosecutors delegated to the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO), a move that comes on the same day that Slovenia's two prosecutors received full five-year terms.
