Ljubljana, 28 November - It will be mainly cloudy in Slovenia on Monday morning, however the skies will partly clear up during the day. A weak bora will blow in the western Primorska region. Daytime highs will range from 1 to 5 degrees Celsius, up to 10 on the coast.
