EU ministers adopt recommendations for blended learning in response to pandemic

Brussels, 29 November - In response to the coronavirus pandemic, EU education ministers meeting in Brussels on Monday adopted recommendations on blended learning approaches which combine school site and other physical environments away from the school as well as digital and non-digital learning tools.
