Efforts for new municipality Golnik to continue in court

Golnik, 2 December - An initiative to set up a municipality of Golnik has agreed next steps following a failed attempt in parliament to call a referendum on the matter. They believe that their right to a referendum is being denied and have thus decided to appeal to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
