Defendants in Etra takeover case enter not guilty plea

Ljubljana, 3 December - Prominent businessman Stojan Petrič and four other individuals who are suspected of abuse of office in the 2010 takeover of transformer maker Etra entered a not guilty plea at a pre-trial hearing. The prosecution claims they illegally gained EUR 1.8 million, the newspaper Primorske Novice reported on Friday.
