Mejak: Amended Memorandum a Chance for Transition to Serious Phase

Brussels, 9 September - SLOVENIA/SUCCESSION/MEJAK/WATTS
The amended memorandum on succession to the former Yugoslavia that was proposed by international mediator Sir Arthur Watts provides a basis for transition of succession talks to a serious phase, head of the Slovene negotiation group, Miran Mejak, said Tuesday after a meeting with Sir Watts. He noted there were still many things to clarify.
