Delo says climate efforts should not limit or slow down progress

Ljubljana, 8 December - In trying to achieve climate goals, countries should not be limiting or slowing down progress, they should encourage it, for instance by providing good infrastructure for electric cars or by letting in more private investors when it comes to energy infrastructure, the newspaper Delo says in a commentary on Wednesday.
