Provisional agreement on e-CODEX reached

Brussels, 9 December - The Slovenian presidency of the Council of the EU and the European Parliament reached on Wednesday a provisional agreement on a proposal for a regulation on the e-CODEX system. The main aim of the system is to enable digitalisation of cross-border judicial communication and provide better access to judicial protection for citizens and businesses.
