Action Plan Implementation Panel Holds Final Meeting in Portorož

Ljubljana, 10 September - SLOVENIA/EU/INFORMATION/SOCIETY
The Action Plan Implementation Panel started Wednesday its final meeting in the seaside resort of Portorož, organized by the EU-CEEC Information Society Forum and Slovenia's Ministry of Science and Technology. About 50 experts from 11 Central and Eastern European countries, EU member states and some Western European countries, attending the two-day meeting, will adopt recommendations for the European Forum. The participants were initially addressed Wednesday by Minister of Science and Technology Lojze Marinček and a European Commission representative, Magnus Lemmel.
