Dolenjska Bank d.d. - More Registered Preferred Shares and No More Bearer Preferred Shares

Ljubljana, 10 September - DOLENJSKA/BANK/STOCK/EXCHANGE
The Ljubljana Stock Exchange temporarily stopped trading in bearer preferred shares of Dolenjska Banka d.d. joint stock company on 30 June because the bearer preferred shares were to be replaced by registered preferred shares; at the same time dematerialization was carried out, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange reported.
