Speaker stresses importance of constitution for democracy

Ljubljana, 15 December - Parliamentary Speaker Igor Zorčič stressed at a ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the declaration of the Slovenian constitution that the constitution remained a guarantee for the democratic and free country that Slovenians were longing for today just as they did 30 years ago.
