CEFTA Summit To Start Friday in Portorož, Slovenia

Ljubljana, 12 September - SLOVENIA/CEFTA/SUMMIT/PORTOROŽ
Premiers of the six member nations of the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) - Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Rumania and Slovenia, the 1997 Chair - will open a two-day summit in Slovenia's seaside resort of Portorož on Friday. Premiers of six guest countries seeking membership in the regional association - Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia and Ukraine - will also attend the meeting.
