Nedelo's Poll about Spring Parties' Difficulties in Naming Common Candidate

Ljubljana, 14 September - The latest opinion poll published in Nedelo on Sunday tackles the question whether the incapability of talks between the Social Democratic Party (SDS), Slovene Christian Democrats (SKD) and Slovene People's Party (SLS) to decide on a common candidate for the presidential election signifies the end of cooperation among the Slovene Spring Parties? The majority, 40 percent, of respondents could not answer the question while 32 percent believed the situation indeed signified the break-up in the Spring. The opposite view was taken by 28 percent of the polled.
