Finance blasts decision to increase network charge

Ljubljana, 4 January - In its latest commentary, the newspaper Finance criticises the national Energy Agency's decision to increase the network charge on electricity bills, saying decisions like that would be the last thing expected from the government and national agencies during a time of energy crisis.
