Weather: Strong winds, rain and snow

Ljubljana, 4 January - The Environment Agency warned of strong south-westerly winds on Tuesday, which will be strongest in higher altitude areas and the lowlands of north-eastern Slovenia. As wind gusts could exceed 70 km/h in some places, a red warning has been issued, said the agency's on-call forecaster Brane Gregorčič.
