Slovene Motorway Cross Built by 2007

Slovenia will have its motorway cross, comprising East-West and North-South motorways, built by 2007, chairman of the management board of the Slovene Motorway Company (DARS), Jože Brodnik said Tuesday after inspecting motorway construction sites in Primorsko and Ljubljana regions. He told annual loans of SIT 200 million would be needed until 2002 at least to complement the funds raised until 2007 from the gasoline motorway tax.
