Paper says Izola referendum slap in face of mayor's team

Koper, 11 January - By rejecting the city of Izola's spatial plan in a referendum on Sunday, Izola locals gave the local political oligarchy a strong slap in the face, Primorske Novice says on Tuesday, adding that the main reason for the victory of those who had given the initiative for the referendum was growing distrust of the local political leadership.
