Committee okays price control in medical procurement

Ljubljana, 11 January - The parliamentary Interior Committee endorsed on Tuesday a coalition-sponsored proposal to regulate the prices of medical supplies and equipment under a system of reference prices comparable with those in other EU countries. The centre-left opposition believes the amendments would increase corruption risks.
