Bill to remediate Celje Basin voted down

Ljubljana, 13 January - The parliamentary Infrastructure Committee has voted down a bill sponsored by a former MP of the ruling coalition that would see the chemical company Cinkarna Celje pay EUR 16 million and the state EUR 7 million in a decade to remediate the heavily polluted Celje Basin.
