Paper finds fisheries deal helpful only if arbitration award recognised

Koper, 18 January - Primorske Novice, the Koper-based regional newspaper, writes on Tuesday that the fisheries deal allegedly reached between Slovenia and Croatia will not help Slovenian fishermen unless Croatia recognizes the arbitration award.
