Election
"Less and less interest in an MP salary": While established parties are finalising their slates three months before the election, Robert Golob is getting ready to take over Z.Dej, a party established by former minister Jure Leben. (front page, 2)
Italian presidential election
"New resident of the Quirinal Palace": The Italian parliament is electing a new president. The process may take several days. (front page, 4)
Ski jumping
"Anže Lanišek getting closer to new victory": Anže Lanišek finished in runner-up position at the last two Ski Jumping World Cup events, which bodes well for the Beijing Olympics. (front page, 9).

Nuclear energy
"How dangerous are nuclear power stations?": Despite the negative public attitude, nuclear power stations are statistically speaking 350 times safer than thermal power stations and about twice as dangerous as wind farms. (front page, 4).
Prices
"All services are more expensive in the capital": Practically all services are more expensive in Ljubljana than elsewhere in Slovenia. True, average wages are higher, but this is mostly due to a small percentage of well-paying job, not overall wealth. (front page, 6)

Productivity report
