Jerovšek Not to Run for President

A member of the Constitutional Court, Tone Jerovšek told the Slovene media late on Friday that the Slovene Christian Democrats (SKD) discussed with him Wednesday his potential candidacy for president in the November election. Jerovšek said that he decided not to stand as a presidential candidate. He added that the Socialdemocratic Party (SDS) and the Slovene People's Party (SLS) have not discussed the same issue with him.
