Ljubljana, 25 January - A mostly sunny day is forecast for Wednesday after a rather foggy morning on low ground. Morning lows will range from -8 to -3 degrees Celsius inland and around zero at the seaside. It will warm during the day to 4-8 degrees, up to 10 in Nova Gorica area in the west.
