Controversial changes to penal code unlikely to get passed

Ljubljana, 25 January - Four centre-left opposition parties demand the National Assembly withdraw from the January plenary's agenda the changes to the panel code that could result in white-collar crimes becoming statute-barred relatively quickly. Another three parties also denied their support to the bill, which was endorsed on committee level last week.
