Ljubljana, 31 January - It will be partly sunny in Slovenia on Tuesday with more cloudiness in the east. A chance shower is possible and northerly winds will blow in some parts. Inland, morning lows will be below freezing. Daytime highs will range from 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, up to 10 at the seaside and in the western area of Goriška.
