Večer says fine for "offensive tweet" reminiscent of authoritarian rule

Ljubljana, 2 February - The newspaper Večer says on Wednesday that the police having fined former parliamentary Speaker Pavel Gantar for a tweet they deemed offensive brings to mind the notorious Article 133 of the Yugoslav penal code whose counterparts are today used only in extremely authoritarian countries.
